Helping kids 7-12 grow stronger through movement, mindset and real-world skills.

Courage Club builds the confidence, discipline and resilience kids need for life, right in their own school.

“My son came home after the very first session absolutely buzzing. He's usually the quiet one, but he stood up and introduced himself to the whole group. We signed up for the full course on the spot.”

Kids walking into a school gym

Built for every kid. Especially the ones who need it most.

Not every kid is sporty. Some are shy, some struggle with focus, and some feel like a square peg in a round-hole world. Courage Club gives every child a place to be challenged, supported and proud of who they are becoming.

Every child is supported. Every child is challenged. Every child belongs.

The Courage Club Method

Movement

We foster a love of exercise while teaching kids to set and reach realistic goals. Through fun, self-competitive challenges, kids build discipline and feel the pride that comes from progress, not comparison. They learn to handle setbacks and keep trying when things get hard.

(Me)ntality

Confidence is practised, not preached. Kids learn everyday skills: introducing themselves clearly, speaking up respectfully, handling a loss with maturity, and working through challenges without giving up.

Mindfulness

We help kids understand themselves and their impact on others. Through reflection, compliments, teamwork and shared responsibilities, they develop empathy, awareness and emotional control, and learn that how they show up matters.

Seven Letters. One Courageous Kid.

Courage Club is built on seven letters: C-O-U-R-A-G-E. Each letter is a course of five 1-hour sessions with its own skills, challenges and pennant. Every group begins with C for Confident, and the other six can be earned in any order. Collect all seven and you've spelled COURAGE.
